"PROBATE GRANTED.
The Registrar of thc Supreme Court (Mr. T. G Fraser), on the application of Mr. E J McCaffrey (from the office of Mr. J. Pattison), yesterday granted probate of the will, of Ellen Nora Maher (called in the will Ellen Maher), late of Walton, wife of Patrick Maher, of the same place, grazier, deceased, to Patrick Maher, husband of the deceased, and Danile Maher, her son. The estate was sworn at under £608."
