Ann Fearn arrived in OZ about 1868 (NSW), then Qld 1869. Born about July 1846, married aged 18 about 1864.?
Louis Halberstaedter was born in 1866. Ann Halberstaedter died in 1904, aged 58 years, 3 months. The certificate, signed by son Louis stated she had been in Australia for 36 years and had been married at 18 years. There appears to be a difference of approximately 10 years in all these facts. Her parents were listed as James and Margaret "Fearn." On this certificate, Maurice's age is given as 39, which corresponds.

Ann Fearn may have married Adolf about 1864. She was aged about 18 to 23 years. Two years later Adolf married Ann Feran who was a widow, aged 30, at the time of Adolf's second marriage.
Arrived Qld in c1869 after having been in New South Wales for 1 year.
