James Walmsley

- Another James Walmsley (23), b.1820, weaver, son of John a loomer, married Alice Crankshaw (18) in Preston 30 July 1843.
  
  In 1851, James (22) was with his father John (57) at
  Ebenezer Street, Bolton
  
  In 1861 John and James Walmsley (39 & 34) were boarding at 10 Lupton Street, West Bolton. Both were handloom weavers.
  
  22 Oct 1866, James married Margaret Ann Fairclough. His marriage shows James is the son of John Walmsley, but this may be anotheer John Walmsley, possibly John's son.
  
  In 1871, John and Margaret (43 & 28) are at 8 Argyle Street, Astley Bridge.

- From October 1866 to 1869 James' occupation was Weaver in Astley Bridge.
