Sarah, daughter of James and Dinah Tabiner, baptised at Haigh, Wigan.
In 1901, Sarah E Mather (38, born Hindley) was at Farnworth with Harold (13), Lily (11), Rose (5) and Alice (2).
In 1909, Sarah Ellen Mather (47), Cotton Warper, Widow, 67 Beckett Street, Bolton married John Partington. Her Father was James Taberner, a Mill Manager. The witnesses were her son Harold and his wife Sarah Jane (who he later divorced)
Sarah and Edward were married in a civil ceremony in December 1886 in Bolton.2 They had three sons and four daughters, named Harold, Albert, John, Lilly, Violet, Rose and Mary. There are no more children.
