In 1841, Mary Scorcroft (3) was living in Limefield, North Bury with her parents Thomas and Nancy, several younger siblings and two assumed children of hers; Thomas (3) and Martha (1).
9 Sep 1844 Richard Mather married Mary Scowcroft. Both were living at Limefield (where Mary was living in 1841).
Thomas continued to live with Thomas and Mary was was with them in 1851, aged 13. Its not clear what happened to baby Martha, so maybe she wasnt Mary's child.
Richard and Mary are buried at St Paul, Bury
