Jane was the daughter of Joseph and Sarah Robinson. The family moved to Little Bolton before Jane was 5 years old.
Luke died in 1872, and in 1876 Jane re-married (possibly William Entwistle)
Jane and Luke were married in a religious ceremony on May 19th, 1866 at St. George (Little Bolton) by Curate C Cronshaw and witnessed by Horatio Dixon & Margaret Booth.2
