Anne Povey

Anne was born in 1784. She died after 1808.

Death Notes
- Ann Hopley Widow was the first named executor of Randle's will, together with Robert Caldecot and Thomas Jones. Randle's probate was issued 9 April 1808.

General Notes
- Ann recieved an annunity from Randle of £50 (his mother Hannah had £20) to be paid to her for life out of the income from the estate, payable quaterly if four equal portions on 25-March, 24-June, 29-Sept and 25-Dec (?why these dates?).
  
  Randle's real estate was then left to his two infant daughters, Rebecca and Christiana (unless he later had a son, in which case the son would inherit the estate, and the daughters £1000 each).
