Kathleen's father was John Morris and her mother was Sarah Alice Orrell. Her paternal grandparents were Henry Morris and Anne Wood; her maternal grandparents were <unknown> and Alice Jane Gorse Orrell. She had a sister named May. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Granville, Emily, Annie, Mabel and <Unknown>. She died at 3 months old on June 23rd, 1922 in Lanarkshire. She was buried on June 28th, 1922 in Wigan.²
