He died at the age of 42 on September 8th, 1817 in Cuddington. His burial was on September 11th, 1817 in Shocklach.¹²

- On the 17-Sep-1817, Ann Mullock (widower) the Executor was sworn. The same record shows the intestate died 8 Sept 1817.

- In 1817, Richard Mullock of Cuddington Mill died and his widow Ann inherited. His son Richard Mullock Jnr. (Jane’s cousin) continued farming and milling there for a while. Richard became ill and died in 1851.
