William was born in 1856 in Charlestown.1  He died at the age of 47 on May 26th, 1903.  He was buried in May 1903 in Little Hulton.2

‌William and Jane were married in a religious ceremony on December 15th, 1877 in Charlestown by Curate William Rudge and witnessed by Henry & Ellenor Mather.1  They had a son and three daughters, named William, Annie, Mary and Eva.  There are no more children.


William's second family with Alice Rylands

‌William and Alice were married in a religious ceremony on December 30th, 1888 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Eccles).7   They had a daughter named Jane.  The family line is yet to be completed.
