Jane Mather

Jane was born in May 1813 in Bolton and her baptism took place on May 9th, 1813 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Birth Notes
- Only the one Jane Mather born in Great Bolton in 1813. The colosest other was Jane Mather dau of John Mather and Ann Coup from Deane in 1815 who was still alive with both parents in 1841.

She had a brother and two sisters, named John, Eliza and Alice. She was adopted by Richard Booth & Nanny (Nancy) Mather. She died at the age of 9 in February 1823 in Little Hulton. Her burial was on February 6th, 1823 in Tyldesley.

  13 May 1833, Jane Booth may have married Samuel Bradley (but would expect Jane to be a Mather).
  
  10 Feb 1834, Jane did not marry James Waring, at Leyland as both were widowed
  
  25 Dec 1834, Jane Matheer may have married James Horsefield at Mancheter Cathedral.
  
  29 Jun 1835, Jane did not marry Henry Mather, as that Jane was a widow
