  In 1894, Hugh, a farm labourer, was living at Railway Road, Adlington (when Thomas was baptised)
  
  In 1897, Hugh, a Sizerline Baker, was living at Jolbourne Street, Adlington (when James was baptised)
  
  In 1911, Hugh and Elizabeth (both 46) were living at 15 Tewksbury Street, Blackburn. The three children Margaret, Thomas and James (17, 16 & 13) were still with them.
