Ann Hunt

Ann was born in 1865 in Haydock.¹ She had two brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, William, Elizabeth, Mary and Sarah. She was fostered by John Rigby & Ellen Rigby. Ann is no longer alive.

- Recorded as Ann Hunt, daughter in 1881 census.
  
  John was a Coal Miner, and his neighbour was Thomas Hunt, 40, a widower and his brother William Hunt (38) who were also a coal miners, so one of these Hunts may have been her real father.
