Notes Burned by an explosion of powder. He was preparing to fire a shot when a spark from a pieve of fuse which his brother was trying to see if it was good fell into the can containing about 1lb. of powder.

Marrriage was no good for Thomas. He married in 1868, and was dead by 1869.
19 Jan 1869 Thomas was burned by an explosion of powder. He was preparing to fire a shot when a spark from a pieve of fuse which his brother was trying to see if it was good fell into the can containing about 1lb. of powder. Somehow, his brother seems to have survived (as no other Lever death record).
Thomas and Ann were married in a civil ceremony in December 1868 in Bolton.1
