This is a different Edmund of Turton to the one married to Ellen.
In Dec 1791, Edmund and Ann of G.B. had a daughter Rachel, so it must be another Edmund and Ann of Turton the had a son John, aslo in Dec 1791(amongst others). There are two families (Ann Holden m.1790 and Ann Clegg)
18 Jul 1798, Ann wife of Edmund Holt of G.B. died. Edmund remarried the following year.
4 Dec 1799, Edmund Holt, Widower, married Ellen Eccles by licence. They had a son Edmond in 1801.
