Death Notes
Message in Ancestry from Gillian:
Hello. I thought you would like to know about the death I have found for Robert Marwick (20.01.1840, Liverpool) whilst fooling around with Google. I always wondered what had happened to him whilst doing a Family Tree for an elderly Lea - especially after his glowing credentials on the 1861 Census. Anyway, this 1867 death in Malta appears to be correct as there were only two Robert Marwicks born within a few years of one another and the other appears with his wife on the following Census (1871), quite apart from the Death Record stating England (not Scotland). I have corresponded with the keeper of the Marwick Family Tree online and he agrees with me that this is correct.
