7 Dec 1792 (bonds) and 10 Dec 1792, Charles Edwards, a farmer from Holt, married Elizabeth Tomlinson, spinster of Gresford at Gresford. They lived and farmed at Hugmore Lane (between Werxham, Gresford and Holt).
In 1793, their first daughter Sarah was bapotised at Wrexham. All other (later) children were baptised at Holt, with Hugmore lane (which is also adjacent to Common Wood) recorded as their abode.
