William was a general labourer from Ireland. I cant find him before in 1851, although he had a child in 1852 in Herefordshire.
William was with wife Ann in 1861 at Lower Galdeford, Ludlow. With them were 2 children from a previous marriage and M A Postans.
William and Anne were married on February 23rd, 1857 in Tenbury.2
