Based on Dean marriages; Then possibly Arthur Bromiley (who married Mary Tailor 1749). There are no other possible Deane marriages of a Bromiley to a Mary.
There is also a burial record for Arthur (of Halliwell) 3 years before Mary remarried in Deane to James Lomax of Bolton, so this is a very good match.
