General Notes
Something strange about this person. She cant be found on 1841 or 1851 census returns, or parish IGI records. Also, when they were married, Dinelry used the name Daniel !
Margaret and Dinley were married in a religious ceremony on January 14th, 1855 in Bradford by a curate and witnessed by William Holmes and Ephriam Smith.2
Marriage/Union Notes
Married 14-Jan-1855 at Bradford Parish Church. Daniel Pickles, 24, Batchelor, Minor, Boarding, Thomas Pickles, Dyer Margaret Bocock, 23, Spinster, Weaver, Boarding, Samuel Bocock, Miner
They had a son and a daughter, named Edward and Drusilla.
Family Notes
Unlikely as it appears at first, the first marriage of "Daniel Pickles" matches the birth certificate of the first child to "Dineley" Pickles. Mention of his father as Dyer is disappointing, though if the vicar misheard the groom's name he could also have misheard the father's occupation.
The witnesses, was the Sexton at the Bradford Parish Church and William Holmes appears on other unrelated marriage certificates around that time, so they were presumably the stand-in witnesses if the couple couldn't provide their own.
