27 Dec 1827, Joseph Williams, batchelor of married Ellen Bell, spinster. Both of Neston parish, and neither could sign their names.
In 1841, Joseph and Henen (both 40) were at Ness, Neston with Thomas, Joseph and John (11, 6 & 5). There was also Ann Bell (15), assumed sister of Ellen and her son George 7 mo.
Ellen and Joseph were married in a religious ceremony on December 27th, 1827 in Neston by John Husband and witnessed by Thomas Williams & Thomas Whi Haswell.1
