Arsinoe bint's father is Ptolemy Euergetes Ptolemy and her mother is Berenice bint Magas.  Her paternal grandparents are Ptolemy Philadelphus Ptolemy and Arsinoe bint Lysimachus; her maternal grandparents are  Magas ben Philippus and  Apame daughter Antiochus.  She is the second of six children.  She has four brothers and a sister, named Alexander ben, Magas ben, Ptolemy Philopater, Son ben and Berenice bint.
