James Richard was born in 1943.  James Richard's father was Richard Lee Rowan and his mother was Dorothy Maxine Azbill.  His maternal grandparents were Elmer Azbill and Della Mae Gentry.  He was the oldest of three children.  He had two sisters named Peggy Jo and Darla Jean.  He died at the age of 8 in 1951.
