Matthew Charles was born on April 13th, 1987.  Matthew Charles' father is John Noel Elliott and his mother is Pamela Heidi.  His paternal grandparents were John Aaron Elliott and Kathryn Joanne Farmer.  He is the sixth of eight children.  He has five brothers and two sisters, named John Adam, Joshua Noel, Robert Keith, Brandon James, Jason Christopher, Crystal Marie and Katie Lynn.
