REV. CHAD BROWN

REV. CHAD was born in 1600 in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.

- He arrived in Boston, MA in the early part of 1638 in the Ship Martin.
  1642 he was ordained Minister of the First Baptist Church of Providence, RI
  
  His home in Providence was at the corner of Market Square and College Street which is now part of Brown University.
  
  He was originally buried upon his lands on the site currently occupied by the Court House. His remains were remove to the North Burial Ground in 1792.
