John JOHNS

John was born on November 22nd, 1861 in Long Gully, SA.¹   John's father was John JOHNS and his mother was Jane HARRIS.  His paternal grandparents were Anthony JOHNS and Elizabeth WARREN. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Anthony, William, Thomas, Francis, Joseph, Alice, Alice and Elizabeth.  He was the fifth oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 10 in 1871.²
