Warren was born in Jul-1970.  Warren's father is John  Shea and his mother is Carolyn Isabella Shea (nee: Iles).  His maternal grandparents were  Kenneth Iles and  Merit Aleda Ellen Iles (nee: Stoddart ).  He is the second of three children.  He has two sisters named Christine and Kendra.
