Warren was born on 7-Jul-1970 in Southampton.  Warren's father is John  Shea and his mother is Carolyn Isabel Shea (nee Iles).  His maternal grandparents were  Kenneth Iles and  Merit Aleda Ellen Iles (nee:Stoddart).  He is the second of three children.  He has two sisters named Christine and Kendra.
