William Russell 
William was born on November 18th, 1889 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland. William's father was William Russell and his mother was Christina Tomson. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Russell and Jane McCormack; his maternal grandparents were Archibald Thomson and Margaret Ingles. He had two brothers and six sisters, named John, Charlie, Margaret ingles, Jane, Christina Thomson, Catherine (Katie), Alice Miller and Jessie Somerville. He was the fifth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 62 on March 30th, 1952 in Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.-
