Elizabeth Barrowman 
Elizabeth was born in 1674 in Newbattle, Lasswade, Midlothian, Scotland and her baptism took place there on October 31st, 1674. Elizabeth's father was John Barrowman and her mother was Janet Gray. Her maternal grandparents were Abraham (Abraham Gray The Elder) Gray and Elspet Huntar. She had five brothers and four sisters, named John, Abraham, James, William, Thomas, Janet, Isabell, Margaret and Katherin. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children.-
