In about 1934, Frank became totally blind. The causes of this are not known, ...
Frank passed away at the age of 67 on Sept. 2, 1941. He had been blind for the last seven years of his life. The funeral was held at the Free Methodist Church at Bridgeport, conducted by Rev. Harry Rhome. Burial was in the Greenlick Cemetery.
