  Christopher SLEESMAN/SCHLESSMAN died intestate Cape May NJ in 1776. He had arrived in America 1751 and married 1756 in Philadelphia, wife was Catherine ARS, who re-married a Michael BOWERS in Cumberland Co NJ. (source ;Carol Stevens )

    Hannah was about 15 years old when her father died. The orphans court records in 1815 list 5 minor children out of 7, Hannah would have been abt. 18 years old by 1815. Hannah married Adam Ridenour between 1812 and 1815.
