George Hales

George was born in 1735 in Forncett St. Peters, Norfolk and his christening took place there on March 9th, 1735.  George's father was Robert Hales and his mother was Alice Baker.  His paternal grandparents were George Hales and Rebecca Catherine. He had seven brothers named Joshua, Zacharias, Charles, John, Robert, Isaiah and Samuel.  He was the oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 75 in 1810.  He was buried on May 6th, 1810 in Forncett St. Peters, Norfolk.
