Mary was born on May 19th, 1842 in Brick Street (no 12), Leeds, Yorkshire and her baptism took place on May 26th, 1844.1   Mary's father was David Storey and her mother was Sarah Robinson.  Her paternal grandparents were John Storey and Mary; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Robinson and Hannah. She had a brother named George.  She was the older of the two children. She had three half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Joseph, John, David, Sarah, Emmeline and Elizabeth.  She died due to a medical problem, Myocardial Degeneration, at the age of 88 on January 24th, 1931 in Beckett Street (no 123) (St James Hospital), Leeds, Yorkshire.2
