Stephen was born on April 12th, 1952 in Kirk Hallam, Ilkeston. He had a brother named Paul.  He was adopted by Donald William ATTWOOD & Doris Mary COOK(E).  He died  due to Muscular Dystrophy at the age of 13 in 1965 in Ilkeston, Derbyshire.¹
