Amos Whitney 
Amos was born on June 7th, 1817. Amos' mother was Mary Bolton. His maternal grandfather was Aaron Bolton. He had six brothers and six sisters, named Jason, Ohio, Francis, Walter, Ivers, Aaron, Mary, Sarah, Dolly, Harriet, Nancy and Abbie . He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 50 on April 20th, 1868.-
