William James Reid 
William was born in 1887 in Yackandandah, Victoria, Australia. William's father was James Reid and his mother is Isabella Auld Cunningham. His paternal grandfather was Robert William Reid and his paternal grandmother is Mary More. He had two brothers and a sister, named Robert, Samuel and Mary. He was the youngest of the four children.
