Richard was born on October 21st, 1958 in Cleveland, Ohio.  Richard's father is Stanley Martin Ptak and his mother is Mary  Ann Castoral (Ptak).  His maternal grandparents were  William (Willie) E Castoral and  <Unknown>.  He is the youngest of three children.  He has a brother and a sister, named Stanley and Debra.
