JR was born on August 16th, 1981.  JR's father was Ray Clifton and his mother was Debra (Debbie) Jean Castoral (Nylen).  His maternal grandparents were  Joseph (Sonny) William Castoral Jr and  Sharon  Beth Hansen (Castoral).  He was the oldest of two children.  He had a brother named Mathew.  He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Brandon and Nicole.  He died, at the age of 11 years, 1 month and 3 days, on September 19th, 1992 in an accident or as a result of an injury.
