- I Adrian Kidwell of the County of Fairfax and State of Virginia, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish, execute this my last will and testament in form following:
I will and bequeath to my son William C. Kidwell the lot of land and its appurtenances where on I now reside containing three acres three roads and thirteen ??????? be the same more or less to him and his heirs forever. I also give to my said son William C. Kidwell one bed and bedding and one table. I am induced to make these bequeaths to my said son in consideration of his services and his having always lived with me. Having but little else to will will I desire it unnecessary to mention my other children. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 23rd day of May 1857.
