Rachel was born on September 4th, 1738 in Hackensack, Bergen, New Jersey.  She died at the age of 70 on November 9th, 1808 in Hackensack, Bergen, New Jersey.  Her burial was in Blauvelt Family Burial Ground, Nanuet, Rockland County, New York, USA.¹
