Florence was born on February 21st, 1924 in Wanganui, NZ.  Florence's father was Cecil Randolph Frankish and her mother was Laura Sybilla Dymock.  She died at the age of 93 on June 28th, 2017 in Napier, NZ.  The funeral took place on July 4th, 2017 in All Saints Church, Taradale and was arranged by Dunstall Funeral Service.1 1
