Joan De Holand
Joan was born in 1356. Joan's father was Thomas (1st Earl of Kent) De Holland and her mother was Joan 'Fair Maid of Kent' of Kent. Her paternal grandparents were Robert (Lord Holand) De Holand and Maud La Zouche; her maternal grandparents were Edmond (1st Earl of Kent) of Woodstock and Margaret (Baroness of Wake) Wake. She had three brothers and two sisters, named Edmond, John (1st Duke of Exeter), Thomas (2nd Earl of Kent), Matilda (Maud) and Maud (Lady). She had a half-brother named Richard Ii King of. She died at the age of 28 in 1384.-
