In 1315, she was granted a fair at Tattershall. In 1324 she settled the messuages, land and rents of her manors of Old Buckenham, New Buckenham, Attleborough, Ellingham, a third part of Wymondham and an eighth part of Buckenham on Alix and Willelm de Bernak; the castle and manor of Tattershall on her youngest son Robert for life, with a reversion to Alix and Willelm de Bernak; the manor of Bredon on her eldest son Johan, with a reversion to Alix and Willelm de Bernak. She retained a life's interest in the manors of Holwell and Kettleby in Leicestershire, Tumby and Kirkby- on- Bain in Lincolnshire; Babbingley and a part of Tolbooth in Norfolk.  D. 1361 Joane de Marmyon 1309 - 1346 John de Bernak 37 37 John de Bernak, Knight, held the manors of Buckenham, Besthorpe, Denton, Hethersett and Wymondham in Norfolk. 1343 - 1401 Mari de Engayne 58 58 D. 1419 William de Clifford William de Clifford, Knight, was Governor of Berwick. He died without issue. 1389 - 1453 Anne Bardolf 64 64 D. 1441 Elizabeth Phelip 1383 - 1441 William Phelip 58 58 William Phelip, Knight, was his uncle's heir. He fought in the Battle of Agincourt, 25 October 1415 and in Normandy during 1418 and 1419. He was Captain of Harfleur in 1421 and 1422. He became Treasurer of the King's Household and was in charge of the funeral of King Henry V. Although raised to the peerage by letters patent, 13 November 1437, he was never summoned to Parliament. 1390 - 1447 Joane Bardolf 56 56 1369 - 1407 Thomas baron Bardolf 37 37 Thomas Bardolf, Knight,  was summoned to Parliament from 12 September 1390 to 25 August 1404. in 1405, he joined in the rebellion of Henry Percy, Earl of Northumberland and went to Scotland. On 4 December 1406 he was declared a traitor and his lands forfeited. He died of wounds suffered in the Battle of Bramham Moor. His remains were quartered and decapitated, and his head was placed atop one of the gates of Lincoln.  D. 1421 Amice de Cromwell D. 1419 Maud de Bernak heritere de Tatshal Maud was the sole heir of her brother, William, in 1360 and of her uncle, Robert de Bernak in 1386. In 1394 she became a co- heiress of her cousin, Mari de Percy. On 21 April 1410 she granted her son William the advowson, chantry and manor of Driby and the reversion of the life interest in lands at Baston she had previously granted Hughe de Gaudeby. 1381 - 1446 Reynold de Cobeham 65 65 Reynold de Cobham, Knight, was given custody of the captured Duke of Orleans- later King Louis XII of France- on 12 May 1436. He and his second wife, Anne, founded the College of Lingfield in 1431. D. 1398 Rauf baron Cromwell Rauf de Cromwell, Knight, and his wife, Maud, took livery of Tattershall, which had reverted to the King on the death of Johan de Kirketon, on 18 March 1367. He was summoned to Parliament from 28 December 1375 to 19 August 1399. In 1386 he was a Banneret retained by the King in the event of invasion. D. 1341 Alix de Driby Alix was the heir of her brother Johan. On 13 June 1339 she confirmed the grant of lands in Baston to her son, Robert. D. 1339 Willelm de Bernak Willelm de Bernak, Knight, was summoned for service abroad on 7 July 1297. He and his wife Alix acquired a third of Littlehall in Denton in 1302, held of Robert de Tateshal for 2d annually. By a charter dated ay Kynthorp, 10 November 1334, he and his wife Alix confirmed to their son the lands she had inherited from her brother, Johan. D. 1307 Robert de Driby Robert de Driby, Knight. D. 1322 Simon de Driby Simon succeeded his father, but died without issue. D. 1334 Johan de Driby Johan succeeded his Brother Simon. He died without issue. D. 1360 John de Bernak John died a minor.
