Sam was born on July 22nd, 1894 in Edgerton, Platte Co, MO and his baptism took place in Draft Registration.  He died at the age of 90 on July 7th, 1985 in Boynton Beach, Palm Beach Co, FL.  He was buried in July 1985 in Crown Hill Cemetery, Powell, Park Co, WY.
