Matthew Walker was born on May 10th, 1919 in Rockingham Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1930.¹   He died at the age of 52 on February 14th, 1972 in Eden, Rockingham Co, NC.  He was buried on February 17th, 1972 in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Reidsville, Rockingham Co, NC.¹
