corner trees 31st May, 1794. John Allison was grandson of John Kerr,
deceased, 1794. This suit involves title to land of James Kerr and John
Dixon in 1792.

James was born in 1726 in Ireland.7 He died at the age of 86 on January 5th, 1812. He was buried in Augusta Stone Presbyterian Church, Fort Defiance, Virginia.8 7
