In the name of God Amen
I, Fauntleroy Dye of Mercer Co., and State of Kentuck, being in perfect state of mind and memory but knowing the uncertainty of life do make, constitute and ordain this as my Last Will and Testament.

First I commend my Soul to God who gave it and my body to the earth to be disposed of in a decent Christian burial at the discretition of my friends and as to my wordly possessions wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I Give, Devise and Dispose of in the following manner to wit:

After all my just debts are paid, I give and bequeath to my son, AVERY DYE and his heirs forever fice dollars in addition to what he has already received from me. I give and bequeath to my daughter, MARTHA SANDERS, the tract of land whereon she now lives containing one hundred and forty-seven acres more or less, the same being already conveyed to her by Deed from me, for her and her heirs forever. I give and bequeath to my son, MARTIN DYE and his heirs forever one hundred and fifty dollars in addition to what he has already received from me. I give and bequeath to the heirs of my daughter REBECCA DYE, the sum of four hundred dollars in addition to what she has already received from me. I give and bequeath to my daughter, MARY KELLY four hundred dollars in addition to what she has already received from me to be equally divided between herself and her living children which she had by JAMES KELLY. I give and bequeath to my daughter, CATHERINE M. GREENWOOD and her heirs for!
ever five dollars in addition to what she has already received from me. I give and bequeath to my daughter, NANCY BRAGG and her heirs forever, five dollars to what she has already received from me. I give and bequeath to my daughter, SALLY GREENWOOD, and her heirs forever one hundred dollars in addition to what she has already received from me.

I also wish that from and after my death my two NEGROE, women MILLY and MYN, alias MARIA and MILLEY'S daughter, MARIA shall be emancipated and enjoy their freedom during their life with this promise that MILLEY shall have the control of her daughter until she shall arrive at the age of twenty years, if MILLY should so long live and if not, that my Executors shall put her to some humane person untill she shall arrive to that age, and then enjoy her freedom..I also will and desire that MILLY, MARIA, and MUN shall each of them have barrels of corn an done hundred and fifty wright of fat pork for their support the first year after my death. I also give and bequeath to MILLEY'S daughter MARIA, my Cow Cherry with her future increase but to be first appropriated to the uses of the three so long as they shall continue together. I Also give and bequeath the said three, all my Kitchen furniture and that which is in my Smoke Room, to be divided amongst them at the discretiton of my !

I will and desire that my NEGROE woman SUSANNA and her increase and my YELLOW BOY, BEN be sold at private sale to some person or persons of their liking on a credit of one year for the best price that can be publickly or privately as my Executors may deem proper, on a like credit, and the money arising therefrom to be apporpriated agreeably to the provisions of this Will, and if any of the proceeds of sale should remain after the bequests herein named, share and share alike. I also nominate my FRIENDS, SAMUEL EWING, and RICHARD HOPE as my Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal 17th day of June 1819.
