James Irvin Steagall 
James Irvin was born on March 9th, 1913 and his baptism took place in Military. He died at the age of 77 on October 18th, 1990 in Vance Co, NC. He was buried in Elmwood Cemetery, Oxford, Granville Co, NC.General Notes
