Otto Garland Simmons 
Otto Garland was born on November 26th, 1914 in Cumberland Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1920. Otto Garland's father was Andrew Harrison Simmons and his mother was Dosha Bolin. His paternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Emma Seales. He was an only child. He died at the age of 70 on August 8th, 1985 in OH. He was buried in Forest Hill Cemetery, Dayton, Montgomery Co, OH.General Notes
